Can anybody know how to make a Printed Circuit Board(PCB) ?
To make a pcb you need copperclad board. You can then draw the circuit layout using a permanent marker pen. Then you need ferric chloride crystals dissolved in warm water. Place the copperclad board with the layout on it into the ferric chloride solution. Agitate the solution every few minutes to speed up the process. When all the bare copper has been etched away, take the board and wash it with clean hot water to remove any residue of the ferric chloride. Using very fine grade emery cloth or sandpaper, clean off the permanent marker from the copper tracks on the board.
Using a fine drill (1 or 1.5 mm) drill holes for the component leads.
